• Sales will only be made to those 21 and older. You must bring your state issued ID. Your ID will be scanned and verified when you come into the store.

• We accept cash, credit cards or P2P payments such as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App. 

• All sales are final, no refunds. We strive to get our customers the perfect products. In the rare event a product is found to be defective a exchange is possible, must bring it back to the store with receipt within 24 hours of purchase. 

• All new customers must fill out registration and sign stating you understand the terms and conditions. 

• Shipping: As a general rule we do not ship our products. This is because it is tremendously difficult to keep up with 50 state laws regarding Delta 8. Many states are banning Delta 8 products or have legislation in the works to do so. We can offer shipping to some states on a case by case basis.  If you are interested in seeing if we can ship to you please submit a picture of you holding your state identification, to show proof of age.
